Our lunch stop was at this restaurant during Ring of Kerry tour. Excellent location, good views, friendly staff and food was really great. Ample qty and portion of food being served, value for the money. Hot Brownie served with ice cream/strawberries were yummy.

Freshest seafood possible and yummy everything! If you are doing the Ring of Kerry put this little restaurant on your list. Honestly the mussels are fantastic, the fish tender and sweet and we pulled away before we could have dessert!

Stopped off here for a late lunch on the way back from Valentia Island.
Well worth a visit.
Had the tasting platter.
Excellent prawn cocktail. Lovely fish and chips with soda bread followed by a brownie. Great value.
Good, friendly service.

Stayed here Friday & Saturday night of St. Patrick’s weekend. From check in to check out was fantastic. The staff are so friendly and so helpful. The food in the restaurant is only superb from breakfast to evening meal. The breakfast menu is extensive and varied and would suit all tastes. The a la carts in the evening is excellent. The whole place is spotless. The owners are hands on and came around to the tables each night. I can’t say enough about The Moorings. From owners to staff you should all take a bow. We will be back.
