Quiet and comfortable

4.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed Sep 13, 2017
Give the price, the place and room is fine. It is not within the center of the city but near the airport. The place gives you a homey atmosphere though the facilities start to show wear and tear. Service is fine as well.

In any establishment, I personally value Customer Service more than anything else and this hotel is very excellent in that area. The entire house is beautiful and clean and our room is at its best. Clean, colorful and complete with the basic things that we need. P.S. I love that they have hair dryer The dining area is like a fine dining restaurant. Their garden is so instagrammable. There are so many colorful furnishings everywhere you look.

The place is wonderful. When I entered the place I had a smile on my face. It used to be a compound with two houses and huge garage. They converted the garage into like the lobby. The rooms they redecorate it into a cozy and well design ones. There are some major concern I have with the place and I hope the management will improve on this because its really a great place. 1st aircon is not that cold. I think its to small for the room. 2nd no generator during my stay there were 2 black out I experience and to consider I just stayed for a night. 3rd breakfast was cooked and served by the receptionist and they were very noisy in the kitchen. We can fully hear them from the dining area. 4th ordered pizza in my room it was not good even the breakfast was to ordinary.

It seemed difficult to find at first because the sign was quite small but when you see the red wooden door, you'll know you are there. It was a cozy and homey little botique hotel with enough room for a small group. We arrived too early for check in but the staff was gracious enough to accommodate us. The garden was cute and the pool was intimate. The dining was quaint. Everything in it spelled simple and easy especially for some of us who come from a very busy city. It was a quiet respite for a hectic life.

Such a charming place to stay. I am a sucker for boutique hotels and this one is just so warm. The interior is lovely that it makes you feel like chilling at home. Clean and the staffs are nice. Near the key places in Dumaguete. I will definitely stay here if i went back tonDumaguete! 👌

From busy schedule in Manila, we flew to Cebu for a rapid hybernation and from then, without any plans at all we decided to visit and have a quick glance of Dumaguete City. While sailing, i browse the internet and chose Island Leisure Boutique Hotel for our overnight accomodation. I have no idea about the hotel. We were welcomed by artistic interiors and ofcourse, the very hospitable team and they even escorted us to the room. This boutique hotel is quiet small yet full of positive energy.
Special mention to your "Shih Tzu" receptionist. My attention foccused with this cute little dog. Im not into pet, but my thingking was reformed because of "billy".
We encountered unique situation when regard to aircondition unit of our room. The temperature keeps increasing and its really difficult for us to take a sleep. Thank you so much Carlo and Dexter (trainee) for extending your assistance and for allowing us to move to another room for the last minute. You need more of them!
Once again thank you very much!
'Til then.....
