I've stayed in a lot of places in
the Philippines. Dumaguete Studio Apartments beats
them all by far. Their high-speed fiber-optic Internet
hooked together with a new Sony Smart TV is really nice.
The motorbike they furnish for free is just another added
bonus. And I like exercising every morning in their beautiful
pool. This is the best place I have ever stayed in Asia.

What a great place to stay. Everything they promise on their website comes true. Their pool is beautiful, their free motorbike runs great, their Fiber-Optic Internet delivers at super-speed, and their new 52" Sony Smart TVs are really nice. Nothing but praise from me.

But the place is kinda empty during the day because everyone is out exploring on the free motorbikes. This was my 3rd place to stay in Dumaguete. Wifi absolutely brilliant. The room was clean first thing you experienced was the clean smell. Great pool. Very friendly owners. The place is somewhat further from the city of Dumaguete but it absolutely doesn't matter. Their free motor bike use is an absolute life saver. I have never seen such an amazing service and I have traveled extensively around the world. This operation is one of the best I've seen. I am normally too busy to write a review but if you are wanting the best this is the place. Although the weekly US dollar rental might seem a bit high, if you factor in all the extras you are getting a hell of a good deal here.

We have over 100,000 megabits per second and plan to go to 160,000 Mbps just so our tenants can download the latest movies from Netflix and all the other mover channels. We have one tenant here that subscribes to over 20 different movie providers. Wow... it is nice to see tenants be able to download any kind of movie at any time. And thanks for highlighting our free motorbikes. They rent downtown for $200 per month. It's nice to see that our guests really enjoy this freebie. Again, thanks a million!
Dumaguete Studio Apartments deserves ten stars. I stayed here for 4 months and enjoyed every minute. You can't go wrong booking here! Marisa and David are really wonderful people. It's a really nice place, quiet and clean
Thanks, Claudio! We've been busy this last few months installing new wall-mounted widescreen Sony Smart TV in every apartment that can download movies from Netflix and others. And we now have over100,000 Mbps fiber-optic download speed. We've also been working on a lot of little conveniences that make our units a lot more like home. We just keep on trying to improve and maybe one day we will be filled year-round with returning guests. By the way, It feels so good to get a top rating by our quest. This my 2nd time to stay at Studio Apartments which says a lot about how much me & my partner enjoy staying there. After a really intense year at work this is the ideal location for us to unwind & refresh.
