All in all, very underwhelming, poor experience, and at 2,000, extremely disappointing and poor value for money even with the platters. Just a place to wow visitors with decors

Just a fastfood filipino restaurant. so much more better places in Dumaguete, unbelievable this is at 3rd place of best restaurants.

Ooooh, I love the grills. My Mom was shocked when I get her a take out. Its a fun place and chill. Crowded makes it more attractive.

I last ate at Mooon Cafe at Robinsons Place (now closed) and it was very good back then. Move forward three years and we have Mooon Cafe in the downtown.

I was extremely disappointed with the whole experience. You had one chance and you completely blew it. Staff too busy having fun to serve the customers, etc. There's another Mooon at North Point which I'm guessing is much better as it's much bigger and newer, but unfortunately this disappointing experience will remain fresh in my kind for a while to come.

The food was good, nice environment they are approachable. they have connection with their guest.good communication skills in dealing with their guest.
