Ok, where do I begin. This hotel has so much potential to be a 4star but the poor maintence of this hotel is a let down. The staff are so friendly and cater in anyway they can, however, some of the rooms are dodgy. Its best to get a deluxe room which is inside the hotel and less bugs!!! Yes be prepared for seeing ants and cockroaches, my room had a few but once you alert staff they are happy to clean room. Also internet is SO much better in the deluxe room inside hotel. Oh also don't be fooled by the pool it is not maintained it had bugs and leaves, my son was devastated lol. Apart from that hotel is clean food ok and amenities are substantial. I stayed here for 2 weeks which was a bad idea. This hotel is good for weekend stay or overnight....Enjoy

Room Tip: Get the deluxe room or suite

We stayed in this hotel with my family from Chicago and from Hawai'i to attend a wedding and all of us were completely disgusted and disappointed with this place! Cockroaches in the bedroom and in the bathrooms! A lot of cockroaches! Very poor service! My aunt requested for in-room mani & pedi service. Sure, they came and did the service and the ladies who came also brought their children with them inside our guest rooms and those kids started jumping all around the room and on our guest beds! What the heck!! When we asked the ladies to please stop their kids because it's completely inappropriate, the ladies got upset with us and told us we were being mean. Wow lady! This sure is the worst hotel service we've ever had!

We arrived at this place at night and upon checking in the cockcroaches welcomes us in our asssigned room. The head board lighting fixture is busted and no towels available. There is no intercom so you still need to go out all the way to the reception to ask for assistance. The baby cockcroaches are also present and are busy playing at the edge of the cr bowl.
It seems that the room is not being checked prior guests check in.

I booked this hotel because we wanted to relax but the pool was under maintenance . The lighting in the room was very dark and some ants and mosquitoes was also in our room. The towels are old and the bed is very noisy when you move.

We arrived at night in the middle of a rain storm. Had asked for private rooms for each of our group. Put in rooms on first floor which were extremely basic... No window. Felt like a jail cell. I think the mattress was a sheet of plywood. Also dirty, cramped. Shower was a simple pipe with a shutoff. Could not wait to get out of there next morning thats how bad it was.
