We went to dinner with another couple, the husband of whom was from India. The restaurant was busy, but the service was prompt and efficient as well as friendly. We ordered a variety of dishes and every one was delicious—as good as the best Indian restaurants in San Francisco, where they were previously located, prior to the 1989 earthquake. Of particular note was the chicken tandoori. They used white meat, yet managed to keep it incredibly moist. A great Santa Fe find.
