Description: Cohill's Inn is located at 7 Water Street in the town of Lubec, Maine overlooking the Bay of Fundy on one side and the Lubec Narrows on the other. We provide simple but appealing fare and overnight accommodations for those wishing to extend their stay in Lubec. Cohill's Inn is modeled after the traditional Irish pubs that we found and adored during our travels through the coastal towns of Ireland. We offer a warm and friendly atmosphere for people to gather for pleasant company, hearty fare and good cheer. Come enjoy a weekend or more in one of our nine smoke free rooms and watch the seals frolic just outside our Inn. Enjoy the casual charm of our traditional fishing village, the historic waterfront and the unspoiled beauty of Downeast Maine.

We had the shepherd's pie and it was delicious. I thought it was overpriced for hamburger and mashed potatoes but it was tasty and the serving was huge so we took enough home for lunch another day so I guess it worked out okay price wise. Very nice location on the harbor so pleasant place to have dinner.

We stop at Cohill's for a meal whenever we are in Lubec. We enjoy the atmosphere, the Philadelphia team decor, and the excellent views. The staff is ever-friendly, and we are always greeted with a smile and good service. The menu is somewhat limited, and when we visited last week, there were no fresh seafood specials, and limited menu choices. I think the menu may have been their off-season menu as selections on the menu were short. They do offer a good beer selection, and we all enjoyed the food we ordered. I really enjoy the haddock chowder, it is very flavorful and light. My husband had the fish tacos and enjoyed them. The service and atmosphere is truly what makes Cohill's a worthwhile stop.

We arrived here mostly because the Water Street Café was closed. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. The food was good and the dessert was great. We found we had forgotten all about our disappointment that the Water Street Café was closed by the time we left.

My fish tacos were good but not very taco-y, which really was fine as I don't need all that carb anyway! Very tasty, especially with the slaw added. Hubby's burger was OK but the ciabatta bun was too much bigger than the meat, which was not seasoned well enough for him. Beer good, service good.

There was nothing bad about this pub. The staff was incredibly friendly and really cares about giving a great customer experience. The drinks were delicious, and unique. The food was unique to the area but also had local cuisine. Cannot beat the views, two walls of windows on the corner of the street. Also, has quite possibly the nicest women's room I've ever used in a restaurant.
