I stayed in one of the hotel rooms in the lodge itself while attending the wedding of friends in nearby Allenspark. As such, I didn't avail myself of the amenities onsite.
My room was very comfortable and the staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. On the other hand my room was over the restaurant. Instead of mountains, my room had a view of an office about 10 feet away, across a roof. Also, upon opening my window for some fresh mountain air, I received fumes from the kitchen's exhaust fans instead. It smelled delicious, but that was not really what I was looking for.
Overall, this was a pleasant place to stay outside of Estes Park.More
