As a travel agent and traveler I love this hotel. I have been blessed to stay at many hotels and this is definitely a favorite. It is a perfect fit for the area. The interior and exterior of the hotel blend well with the area. The outside landscaping fits in beautifully with the surroundings. The smell is delightful the minute you walk in the front door. The attention to detail with their renovations is wonderful.

The rooms are very inviting and comfortable. Some mention that the bathrooms are small. They are not the largest bathrooms but they are well done and I am the queen of products and I had no trouble.
I did miss having a coffee maker in the room but the coffee near the elevators is a great bonus and it is good.
In addition, our 3rd floor room was very quiet.

My son (12 years old) and I used the game room many times and loved it. The pool is great as well. My son loved that the floors are not slippery in the pool area, the giant movie screen, and the lighting that changes color. In fact he thought it was the best in door hotel pool.

The Latitude 105 Restaurant on site was very good.

The staff at the front desk (Tyson), bartenders, and waiters were all so nice and accommodating.

We loved the location as well. It was a short drive/ walk from Estes Park Riverwalk and shops.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my clients and friends. LOVED IT! Hope to return one day!

The location is great, the lobby is very well done- the room was updated but a little underwhelming. We stayed in a deluxe room and, and the beds were comfy- however the carpet looked a little old, and the bathroom was tiny. Our boys loved the game room which was very state of the art. We were hoping for a night in the pool/ Hot tub but the hot tub was looking gross- milky and white- turned around and walked out. The fire pit and s’mores were lovely.

My daughter recently had a wedding ceremony in RMNP and some of our family had the privilege of staying at the Ridgeline. The location was perfect, a short walk to the business area was great, but it was far enough away not to be noisy and busy. The new firepits outside made a great place for family to sit around and catch up. Those who didn't stay there had breakfast in the dining room. The food was amazing and the staff treated us all (even those not staying there) with first class service. The warm welcome made me feel like I was part of one big happy family. Thanks for the great time.

Good location. Close to downtown and activities in Rocky Mountain National Park. Clean facility. Updated, trendy decor. Hot tub was not “hot” like a typical hot tub. Great game room...but always busy and not enough room for more than 2 families to play the games.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here when going into Rocky Mountain National Park - it is an older but newly renovated hotel (not sure but some of the features have the look of an old Holiday Inn) owned by concessionaire Delaware North who have done overall a really nice job getting this spot in shape. First time we stayed a year ago it was still being renovated but now most renovations appear complete. The rooms are clean, well decorated and nicely equipped with a mini fridge. Only drawback is the bathrooms, while also somewhat renovated, were less so than other parts of the hotel so they are small and somewhat average. The restaurant in the lobby is nicely done and has a good selection of bar type food (burgers, etc.) and local beer on tap. Lot for the kids to do - free pinball machine in the lobby and nicely done game room across from the pool with a few more pinball machines, video games and a pool table. Pool and hot tub are in an area adjacent to some rooms with inside porches and balconies - it can get noisy in here though so would not recommend staying in this section. Best part though is the cost - not cheap, especially in season, but not overpriced either. They did post online a 3 day min stay but we called and they allowed us to book for 2 nights. Location is close to downtown but away from all the hustle and bustle of summer crowds - one drawback is not in walking distance for most people of downtown Estes Park. Other good pieces are close (short drive) to a huge, new Starbucks around the corner, a couple of gas stations and a Safeway. Overall really like this spot - nicely done and overdelivered for what we paid.

Room tip: If you don't like morning sun avoid rooms that face St. Vrain Ave -avoid the pool area rooms - really noisy at night.
