When I checked in, I got the normal Hilton "warm-fuzzy" feeling. A hot chocolate chip cookie and a warm face.

This property had an additional deposit, which was unusual from my Hilton experience, but not totally unheard of.

Unfortunately, that wasn't all that was off. After a long day on the road, all I wanted to do was take a warm shower, get a drink in the bar, and get a good night's sleep. I was only able to do one of those things.

Both my shower and sink had broken hot water. The sink's hot water facet was broken entirely and the shower wouldn't warm up (even after running it for several minutes).

The bar service was great. The burger was good at a hotel restaurant price.

After dinner I went back to the room and tried to go to bed. Unfortunately, the furniture was decrepit and loudly creeped. It was so loud that I thought the neighbors were just going at it on the bed next door, but it was actually one of the drawers creaking up and down. Unfortunately I didn't discover this until well after 1 AM.

Not a Hilton quality experience!

We had a good trip, good visit.
Hotel staff was less then satisfactory.
Room was nice, walking the entire hotel was a pain with all of our luggage. Breakfast was hot and lots of options!
Wait staff left us sitting multiple times to pay for our purchase tho

First let me say I did not report the issues I just dealt with them.

I was in room 270 and the bathroom fan squealed and sounded like it would catch fire if it ran for any length of time. The heat would hum and make a noise when it turned off making it difficult to sleep. Solution was to not turn the bathroom fan on and turn the heat off while I slept. Temp was not bad in the morning it was 65 deg.

Only 1 person working in the restaurant and he was the host, waiter and server. Several people came in to the restaurant and left because there was no one at the desk to seat them. I placed my food and drink order together and the food came out before my drink was delivered from the bar which is next door. Every time the server came into the restaurant from the back hands would go up for the check or a drink or whatever they needed. You would only see this person about every 10 min. The food was fine I had a hamburger and fries but nothing special.

After dinner I when over to the bar it was small and the service was quick as it should have been because they had 3 people working. One of these people should have been helping in the restaurant.
