First let me say I did not report the issues I just dealt with them.
I was in room 270 and the bathroom fan squealed and sounded like it would catch fire if it ran for any length of time. The heat would hum and make a noise when it turned off making it difficult to sleep. Solution was to not turn the bathroom fan on and turn the heat off while I slept. Temp was not bad in the morning it was 65 deg.
Only 1 person working in the restaurant and he was the host, waiter and server. Several people came in to the restaurant and left because there was no one at the desk to seat them. I placed my food and drink order together and the food came out before my drink was delivered from the bar which is next door. Every time the server came into the restaurant from the back hands would go up for the check or a drink or whatever they needed. You would only see this person about every 10 min. The food was fine I had a hamburger and fries but nothing special.
After dinner I when over to the bar it was small and the service was quick as it should have been because they had 3 people working. One of these people should have been helping in the restaurant.

Thank you for your honesty and the time taken to share your review. While we appreciate you "dealt" with these issues, we wish we were made aware your stay was falling short of expectations. We only want the best for you as our valued guest, and we will do everything in our power to make your stay as comfortable and effortless as possible. We will follow up with our maintenance team regarding the noisy fan and HVAC unit, and we've also shared your insight with our service staff in the restaurant. It's our intention to use this as a teachable moment and tweak our service levels to meet our typically outstanding hospitality levels. Looks the part of a 4 star hotel but staff can’t even perform like a 2 star hotel. Nice property with lake and Ducks. Rooms and interior remodeled and very nice decor makes you feel like it’s a 4-5 star hotel. The service and I don’t care and want to go home attitude drops this hotel to 1-2 star tier. So much potential as the property is beautiful.

If your looking for the customer care experience, Stay Here!!!! Everyone I interacted with gave the most wonderful kind customer service. To be greeted at the start of my stay, have excellent help during my stay and to have that warm good bye with cookies made my long flight sweetly enjoyable 🍪🍪

Actually one of the nicer Doubletree Hotels. Very friendly staff, extremely clean and very reasonably priced. Staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome😀 We stayed here the evening before our flight out and wish the hotel we stayed at for our business trip was this nice. Love Hilton Hotels!

The lobby is extremely warm and inviting. The rooms are very clean and large and comfortable. The oldest part of the motel is in need of upgrading. Light fixtures hanging from below ceiling. I didn't use the only working elevator at the high rise section since I felt unsafe using it. The staff was great. The restaurant was under staffed and i waited forever receiving my bill and cashing out. The food was above average. The managers I saw on site looked angry and unfriendly.
