The lobby is extremely warm and inviting. The rooms are very clean and large and comfortable. The oldest part of the motel is in need of upgrading. Light fixtures hanging from below ceiling. I didn't use the only working elevator at the high rise section since I felt unsafe using it. The staff was great. The restaurant was under staffed and i waited forever receiving my bill and cashing out. The food was above average. The managers I saw on site looked angry and unfriendly.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the strong smell of the cleaning products, especially in the elevator and the hot tub wasn’t very hot. Both of those may or may not be regular things. Other than that, the bed was probably the best bed we’ve EVER slept on, the lake out back was gorgeous and the location by the airport and car rental was very convenient We will definitely be back on our next trip and if the negative aspects I voiced are not a common occurrence I will gladly give 5 stars.

Waiting for family to arrive, checked into this property. Hotel shuttle was prompt. Drivers were very courteous. Room was well appointed, and had all of the necessities, except a refrigerator. It was decorated for Christmas and was lovely!

Very nice experience. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are quite nice and lots of activity options available. Wish I got a chance to use the gym. It looked so good too. Make sure you get the complementary cookie by the way. It was warm and tasted delicious

So we usually stay at 3-star so we can get a free breakfast but this place popped up on a last minute deal and we snagged it. Really glad we did. Very very clean. Everything very well maintained. Very nice decor. My wife liked that the bathroom had a makeup mirror that was adjustable and lit. Really big TV. Bed was pretty comfortable and new linens. Overall very nice and would certainly not hesitate to recommend or stay here again. Did miss my free breakfast, but we ended up eating at Perkins which is a café down the street attached to another hotel and had an excellent breakfast there for a reasonable cost.
