DO Not stay here. Stars would be less than zero if they had them. Room price will sway you to stay...spend a little extra and go somewhere else. NOT Mentioned in the booking process is a $100 cash deposit...for what? We have all spent nights in hotels all over the world...for me, this is the first time that was asked for. I told them no as it was not a part of the booking process. The rude woman walked away. Note...you are not able to enter the lobby, they talk to you through a small window built into the foyer area (that is a clue). Really,..go somewhere else. I left and got a room at another Choice Hotel Property a mile away. Why Choice hotels as a company allows this to go on is beyond me. It is like a $100 COVID charge and COVID is over. Stupid for sure.

First thing i noticed was the sticky floors and filthy walls. There was ants all over the bathroom counters, the towels were nasty, there was dust and hair everywhere. When i asked for cleaning spray from housekeeping she gave us deodorizer, when i asked the lady at the front desk, she told me she couldn't help me. She couldn't get me a new room or get me cleaning spray or new towels. When we requested a manager the lady kept telling us she couldn't call them. We ended up getting our money back and leaving.

Checked in then back out after seeing the condition of the property and the room. Complete filth, exposed wires, nasty walls and bedding, faucets hanging and mold everywhere. Most disgusting place ever been to and should be closed down. Unsafe outside and when checked out and drive to another Choice property was refused a refund. I have made complaint with choice hotel and will take it as far as need to go to get this hotel off the Choice name. Please be aware this property is not worth your money, it’s horrible (even at a discount). Please be safe!
