A perfect affordable location for research at the Family History library—a stone's throw away. The WiFi was very slow in my room. The furnishings are old and showing their age. There was a small patch of what appeared to be mold in the upper back corner of the bath and a colleague had some mold in her bath, too. Apart from that, cleanliness was excellent. The beds were great. Micro and fridge were great. Desk chair was broken; maintenance brought a good one speedily. The cable tv reception was poor on a number of channels. Outlets were all for three prong plugs, which was fine for me, but others would likely want combo with USB plugs. In ADA rooms like mine, shower heads should be left on the low bar setting, not way high in standard position. I could barely reach it to get it down. The safe in my room did not lock, so was not usable. The rooms are adequate, feel very 1970s, and are roomy, but could use a design "refresh." This place is good for the basics. I’d stay again, but don’t expect the high-end sleek appeal that expensive or remodeled places have.
