I stayed for one night - last night of a ski trip in Park City where I was flying out early the next day. It was great to be close to the airport. The parking is difficult - you have to use at least 2 different elevators and 3 if you don’t park on P1. If you park on P2 or lower, you have to walk through the parking lot to get to another elevator bank.
I was upgraded to a very nice suite. It was spacious and had a large conference table that seated 6 in a separate living room. The bathroom was nice with a double sink and the water pressure was very good. The only issue with the room was that the heat was set to 80 degrees and we had to turn on the AC to cool down the room. Also, someone mentioned robe and slippers but my room did not have these. Would have been nice.
I was only able to go to the club for breakfast (I arrived right at 6pm and missed the “snacks”. Breakfast had a nice selection including lox, potatoes, bacon and scrambled eggs. This is the first Hyatt property I’ve been to since Covid that had a lounge. Many did not reopen their lounges since. Therefore I had to go! My only disappointment was that the lounge is closed outside of the breakfast and “snack” hours.
I also felt the customer service at the front desk was a bit lacking. I had just come from a Marriott Vacation Club property at Park City and there they don’t let you leave the desk until you are certain you don’t have any questions. They offered me late check out when that isn’t even a thing at these properties. They also gave me a map for parking with very detailed instructions on how to find the closest parking to my room. However when I arrived at the Hyatt front desk, I was greeted with a “what do you need?” I needed keys and parking. I wasn’t greeted as a Globalist, I wasn’t asked how many keys I needed and I wasn’t told how to find the parking (I really had no idea where the visitor parking was). I wasn’t asked about late checkout either not that I needed it. It was just a very different vibe.
I would probbaly stay here again if I was in the area. The parking might make me try elsewhere though.
