The hotel is less than two years old. They need to learn how to host a large conference. They did not have enough servers for a large group. The food was substandard. They ran out of food and some did not get to eat until all the rest were finished (even at the same table). Then the menu for those was different. The brunch food was stone cold. very disappointing. The facility was not inexpensive.

The Hyatt is a very good business/conference hotel adjacent to the convention center. Our conference of over 500 participants made extensive use of the common areas and meeting rooms. Service in this respect was satisfactory. Food quality during meetings ranged from fair to good but not superior. Check in and check out was fast and accommodating. Our room (two queen beds) was roomy, clean and comfortable.

Great staff and extremely clean and modern hotel. A very pleasant and wonderful stay! We loved the 24 hr. market too especially the pastries! And the views of Salt Lake City were phenomenal! We would definitely stay here again when we are in SLC.
