I have worked in Luxury Hospitality for 3 years, and the Grand America Hotel has always been on my bucket list. I was not disappointed! The building, lobby, and room were all flawless. In addition, everything was so coherent. For example, when you take a left in the lobby, you walk by the cafe, restaurant, and a shop. It made it easy to find what we needed to find.
The event that stood out the most for me was a musical performance that happened in the courtyard. We stepped on in, took a seat, and were shocked how incredible the violinist and pianist were! I hope that this hotel earns a Forbes 4 or 5 star in the future, as it is definitely deserving of that label.
