I have visited the best houtel in Utah, this place has a view that captivates its visitors, here there is a variety of dishes and its staff are the best. I have liked much this hotel because its comfort is excellent, too there was a lot of cleaning. I don´t liked that there was not jacuzzi in my room. They have I provied a good serce in general.

The staff is helpful and willing to please guests. Make sure to get a room on the west side of the building so that you don’t hear the train every time it passes by. The breakfast was good and served in portable containers that we took back to our room and enjoyed. My six kids are picky eaters and there was something served that they enjoyed. So there’s variety served at breakfast. The rooms have a comfortable couch that becomes a sofa bed. Our sofa bed was comfortable (I have an injured neck and back) and I woke up feeling rested.

We couldn't have wanted anything else, we are definitely coming back to the Hyatt! I just wish that we had known the pool was heated. We would've gone in every single day! lol other than that it was an awesome trip!

Check in was perfect. Room was clean and modern. Bathroom was perfect.
The only suggestion I would have would be to have a better followup by management regarding my room heating issue.
I asked the front desk staff and the front desk manager three times if they would fix the heater in my room. I had a very chilly two-night stay. Also, the coffee was not replenished.... not sure if it was supposed to be or not. Other than that, I had an amazing stay.

We stayed two nights recently. Hotel is in a great location downtown, close to everything. Rooms were comfortable and bright. Manger Robby and the staff very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended.
