Check in was perfect. Room was clean and modern. Bathroom was perfect.
The only suggestion I would have would be to have a better followup by management regarding my room heating issue.
I asked the front desk staff and the front desk manager three times if they would fix the heater in my room. I had a very chilly two-night stay. Also, the coffee was not replenished.... not sure if it was supposed to be or not. Other than that, I had an amazing stay.

We stayed two nights recently. Hotel is in a great location downtown, close to everything. Rooms were comfortable and bright. Manger Robby and the staff very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable, centrally located hotel. Have stayed here several times and enjoy it always. The beds are comfortable, the rooms large with sectional couch and writing desk. There is always a nice fire going in the lobby with big oversized chairs or comfortable tables to sit at. You can walk to downtown and local sites and stores/restaurants. Limited breakfast right now due to Covid, but they still have the almond milk for my daughter if you ask for it (soy milk too). Staff is ULTRA accommodating and helped us with early and late check out. We just love staying at this hotel.

I have brought my kids and family here a bunch of times because we love the hotel and how close it is to fun things in downtown SLC. We live about 30 min away from SLC but I love bringing the family to this hotel for special occasions.

I am always happy with my stay at Hyatt Place. There is some deep cleaning that needs tended to. But employees are friendly and efficient. Overall, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The value is good. The location is excellent.
