The stay was awesome the room was awesome. The problem is when I got my receipt, I was charged for 3 days that I did not stay. Make sure they check you out. Do not drop your keys in the box you will not be checked out.

This hotel is located downtown and within walking distance of a number of good restaurants. Plenty of parking if you have a car.
Check in was a bit chaotic, but otherwise a great stay. The room was clean. A/C quiet. Plenty of electrical outlets in the room including right next to the bed on both sides! Somebody was actually thinking when they designed this room.
Would stay here again.

Super nice hotel, clean comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. This was our second stay at this hotel. Comfy bed, great selection of breakfast foods. 24 hour coffee available in lobby. Will stay here again if I’m in SLC area. Very convenient to interstate, eating places, downtown. Plenty of parking. As with any public place, lock you cars. Great stay.

Hotel is very near to many places to see like Temple square, Planetarium, Airport, Museum, etc.
Great amenities like pool, spa and small gym.
Couple of flaws in my room’s bathroom. Not an effective exhaust system, and no towel hook near bath tub

Best hotel of our trip, by far. Excellent front desk personnel. Helpful, friendly, efficient. Hot complementary breakfast, with eggs and oatmeal among other unusual offerings. Our room was gorgeous and clean. Well stocked. Pool and hot tub were clean, well maintained, with fresh, clean, thick towels. We received good advice from front desk regarding getting to the Amtrak station, and they even ordered a taxi to come at 2:00 a.m. to take us to the station.

Very clean hotel with a great breakfast buffet! Lots of hot and gluten free options. The pool was great. The bed is on the firm side so I found it a bit uncomfortable for my taste, but my husband slept fine. The staff was very friendly and we would definitely stay here again.
