Bed spread had holes. Blanket so thin you can see through it. Towels thin, worn out,stained.

I had a nice and clean room. The staff (check-in/check-out) was very polite. There was a free breakfast, but I only had a coffee. They booked me a free airport shuttle, which was on time. The only aspect to criticize: The elevator was pretty dirty.

Traveling cross country with my son. We had car problems and couldn't make it to Salt Lake. Called to cancel our stay and they said they couldn't I had to contact Booking.com. So I did, Booking.com was very understanding and contacted the hotel to cancel and ask for the fee to be waived. Super 8 declined and I was charged for a room I never used. Never even made it there.

I stay at a lot of hotels as I work in the sales industry. I do not think I would ever stay at this hotel again. It was dirty, it smelled, and staff were rude. The AC was turned off so the room was 80+ and found long dark hairs in the bathroom and on the pillows in the bed. I have blonde hair. I couldn't sleep as I felt like there were bugs crawling all over me. I will not stay here again. please use cation if staying - bring cleaning supplies.

The lobby and room was very dirty and unsafe to be touching anything at all. The staff at check in was not nice and didn't seem to care. The Lobby area was very hot in there while waiting to check in. I told them about the sink leaking all over and they didn't seem to care. The lighting was very bad and couldn't see to put my makeup on or do my hair. The light in the shower area was a dim light and to take a shower you were in the dark

cancelled flight means I had to find emergency room. no one there to check in , had to call to check in (granted it was late) one of the beds had the very thin sheets with old blood stains all in them. room smelled of smoke. toilet seat needs to be replaced.
