When we went, we were the only ones there for a long while. You can swim around the falls and it is a beautiful area.

Busay Falls is about 40 minute jeepney ride from Legazpi City and another 10 minute tricycle ride from the main road.

After a short hike from the entrance, one can see the first waterfall and pool catching all the cascading waters. There are cottages you can rent from Php100 to Php150. The place is surrounded by lush greenery. There is a washroom where you can change clothes before and after swimming. The pool is shallow ; water is clear and refreshing. I regret not bringing any swimming attire so I just dipped into the shallow portion of the pool. The second fall can be reached by walking uphill. You will need a guide here to help you get to the other falls. I managed to get only to the third fall . I gave Php200 for my male guide because he was nice and friendly.

This place is beautiful and I would like to go back and dip into the first pool. I highly recommend that you visit this place when in Bicol.
