This hotel is a five minute walk from the Roman wall. It is clean and staff are helpful. Breakfast is satisfactory. Room was average size and bathroom was smaller than I would have liked! Could be noisy on occasion but it was a clean and comfortable stay.

I loved the place... they waited for us until 2:30am when we arrived and made us feel right at home. Our Puertorican friend, Fernando (I think...) was amazingly helpful and very enthusiastic. Having someone from Puerto Rico receive you to begin El Camino was an extraordinary experience... especially at the Puerta de San Pedro!!! The location is super comfortable, 2 min from bus station and 5 min from old town! Very clean, great beds, lovely big windows and comfortable bathroom! I highly recomend it as well as the walk on the wall, the restaurant here and the visit to both visitors office (wall and camino one) and the church!

Stayed here for one night prior to starting the Camino in Sarria. The room had enough space and the floor-to-ceiling windows were nice, although the view wasn't of anything specific or special. Sleep quality was decent. Bathroom was average. The location is near the bus station and you walk over to the old walled city in less than five minutes, so the location is good. Breakfast was average. WiFi was included.

My review is based in my stay in the room with views. This room is very big, very clean, great windows and views of the city (but not the old town), good curtains to darken in the morning, huge and very good bed and a big bathroom with bathtub. In our room, the air conditioning worked although the card was removed. We always turned it off when we left the room and it was on when we return (probably the lady of the service turned it on because we had very hot days). Our room was ready although we arrived before of the check in time. It is ideal if you travel by bus because the bus station is just across the street, and although it is outside of the city walls, it is at 100-200 m. We didn't had breakfast at hotel.
The only problem for us was the very weak wifi signal in our room, some nights we couldn't attach a simple photo to an email, or receive a whatsapp. I don't know if this was a problem because we were in 7th floor, because the wifi was good at the hotel lobby.

Room Tip: The rooms with views, at the corner of the hotel, are a bit more expensive, but very spacious.

This hotel is in a very good position with being just a short walk to the Wall. Once inside the gates entrance near our hotel you are on "the way" which was good also.
The hotel itself is good. Very friendly and helpful reception.
The room is a medium size and the bed and pillows were very comfortable and it has air conditioning. Bathroom is good and it has a heater.
Breakfast was very basic but some toast with cheese and some coffee and orange juice was all I needed anyway.
