Description: In Manhattan in 1965, there was no place where people could go out to meet friends and make new ones in an environment that was at once both relaxed and yet exciting. Then, Alan Stillman opened Fridays as a way, he said, "to meet Pan Am stewardesses." Suddenly, there was a place with great food, new and exciting drinks and an electric energy. A place where bartenders mixed the environment just as well as they mixed drinks. In short, a place like nowhere else. Today, Fridays in Atlanta, GA is still America's most iconic bar and grill. We embrace and celebrate our heritage as a bar. One that just happens to serve killer food in an environment where it's always Friday.

Seating consists mostly of high tables and stools, but they did have some booths in the back which worked for my family of four. Prices were high (although not outrageous), and portions were on the small side for this sort of restaurant. The food was pretty tasty though. Annoyingly, it took some time to arrive, which is somewhat stress-inducing when you've got a plane to catch.

But the waitress was friendly enough and kept my water glass filled.

If you fly into Atlanta airport, the TGI Fridays is a good place to kill an hour while waiting for your plane. The menu prices are reasonable and the food is good. Our server, Tyrone, was a hot mess, but got the job done. We would eat here again.

Finally a TGI Fridays with portion sizes. Not bare bones like other locations. Good service, personable (jasmin).

TGIF is very expensive and the food was not that good. This place is a bar with a food menu. The focus is on the drinks and the food is secondary. I ordered hamburger sliders and they were so small and unsatisfactory. I wish I would have eaten somewhere else but just did not have enough time before my plane took off. If you have time and you don't want to drink do not stop here.

They should have had more than one person working the tables. It took forever to place and order, get our food, and then I had to find the waitress in order to get a check. Not a very good place to eat if you are on a tight plane schedule.
