Overall this hotel is dated and shabby. Some of the rooms have been updated but unfortunately ours wasn't one of them. Our room was dated, dusty, peeling paint and threadbare towels. Lady at reception was rude and left a bad first impression of the hotel from the moment we set foot in it. Breakfast was one of the worst I've experienced in any hotel. Very little fruit, no fresh orange juice, choice of two cheap cereals and the cooked food wasn't up to much. The restaurant was nice for lunch and pizza was very good. Staff in the restaurant were lovely. We didn't use the pool area but it looked ok.
Good location in St Paul's.
