I really enjoyed the appetizers at this establishment. And the drinks that I received from the bar were very amazing, however I was not impressed with the service I received upon entering and talking to the gentleman with a suit that greeted me at the front door.

I made reservation weeks ahead of time to celebrate my 50th wedding on our fidrt couple trip to Nola. we flew in from Toronto , checked in at our hotel and ran to make our 2 PM Easter Sunday Brunch date st 2 PM. we were placed in the boring courtyard , we could not see the band , the food was cold and we had to remind our waiter to bring us bread. it was Easter Subday but that was not our problem. Overrated and expensive. go elsewhere.

from quality inexpensive drinks at the bar, to brunch, to balcony dining to fine dining. muriel’s has it all.
they have daytime bloody mary’s ( do contain horseradish )and mimosa’s for $4. we did return several times. then we opted for the fine dining one night. reservations are recommended and easily gotten online. it was lovely. they greeted my friend with a happy birthday at the door. they have a very reasonably priced 3 course meal. certainly the best pork chop i’ve ever eaten. service was casually smart and ended with a candle in the creme brûlée. a special place.

This place is well managed, the staff here provide professional service. We enjoyed the dining experience there. The food is so so. But, no complaints. We didn’t have to wait for long. So, overall, we enjoyed.

Ate by myself at the bar. The bartenders were attentive and knowledgeable about local cocktails. Great service and fun atmosphere!
