This hotel had clean rooms and big areas for sitting and relaxing .The hotel also has excellent security .
The area outside the hotel had a good coffee shop and a very good creperie (not on Trip Advisor yet) around the towns newest paved 'pasaje'
The Central Park was across the road and on the weekend had some excellent street food .Some very good taco /pupusa shops nearby within a 5 minute walk .

The whole experience was just great. I can truly recommend to stay in this hotel when visiting Ahuachapán. The hotel is located in the city center next to the cathedral and the market square. Surrounded by small restaurants, museums and art stores its perfect to reach everything within a few minutes by walking. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the towels were changed very day. Very great service.
Thanks for this experience.
TIP: enjoying the breakfast on the hotel terrace is the way to start the day.

This place was fantastic after our first El Salvador hotel experience. Can’t say enough about Rosi and Luis , and Carlos . They truly made us feel welcome and safe. Carlos walked with us to a restaurant the first night. Rosi was always smiling and helpful. Luis served the best breakfast (warning - it is muy grande). The terrace is fantastic. We ate street food in the square both nights. Yummy! We had a huge suite - 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

The location is great! right next to the Ahuachapan Cathedral, surrounded by small restaurants on the same block.

The rooms are very clean, with all the required toiletrees. If you need WIFI in the room it´s better that you ask for it during check in, given that my room was far from the router I experienced issues of low signal.

The breakfast was very delicious and very local.

No parking lot available, you need to park in front of the church, I had to left my car there, however that city is very safe, so I believe you don´t have to worry about that.

Ataco can be reached in 15 o 20minutes by car,

Room tip: Ask for a room thar is on the range of WIFI router

Lovely hotel exactly in front of the main square, excellent service and clean room with A/C. A lot of history in this house, if you’re coming to Ahuachapan, this is a magical place to stay! Btw the food was REALLY GOOD!
