Stopped here while passing through Hot Springs. My husband had a tasty chocolate cupcake and I had a large soy chai. The barista was so accommodating in making SURE they used soy milk and not regular milk since I’m vegan! Prices were on par with your average coffee shop.

We travel through Hot Springs almost every year about this time. Typically, finding a good place where I can eat GF is a challenge. For my son, it’s an even bigger challenge as he must not only eat GF, but also manage 20+ allergens, incl. nuts, dairy, soy, corn. We thought we’d give Kollective a try based on previous reviews. Upon looking at the menu, nothing jumped out as being the perfect item, but the very nice barista went to get the owner who took such time to create something that would work and be appetizing. The food - sandwiches (GF bread was great), soup, and salad were delicious, as were our drinks - various hot teas and tea lattes. Most establishments don’t care to take the time with customers like us who have many questions about the menu and ingredient labels - after all, I’m sure there are less high maintenance customers who will eventually come in. But these ladies did take time and we were happy to give them our business. Thank you Kollective! Keep on keeping your customers first and you will be in business for a long time. See you next year!

Read reviews stating good atmosphere, store was cute but the hipsters didn’t acknowledge us standing in line. Got up to the line and the dude just looked at us waiting for our order. Wouldn’t go back.
