“Great food and awesome atmosphere”
Review of Saigon Street

Saigon Street
Ranked #51 of 237 Restaurants in Kerobokan
Description: Not quite fine dining, more fun dining, our menu takes classic and regional Vietnamese dishes and gives them a modern spin. A rich and diverse cuisine that exhibits a wonderfully intoxicating combination of the raw and the cooked, the hot and the cold, the sweet and sour. Light, fresh and healthy, dishes to be savoured and dishes to be shared. From the ethnic hill tribes of Sapa to the mean streets of Saigon. From the rivers to the deltas, from the mountains to the sea. From the Purple Forbidden City of Hue to the lusty coconut grills on the virgin beaches of Phu Quoc, we have scoured the country to bring you dishes never before seen in Bali.

Been here two nights in a row due to wanting to try more of the menu.

The cocktails are fantastic, the food was delicious and the service was quick, helpful and friendly.

My biggest complaint would be that the items that had been deep fried (with the exception of the chicken wings) had a strong oil taste that detracted from the rest of the meal. Avoiding those items is very easy to do however as there are many other things to choose from that aren't deep fried.

And oh gosh isn't the caramel pork something!

We heard great things about this restaurant and we absolutely love Vietnamese food. Although the food wasn’t bad, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. I am open to the possibility that perhaps expectations were set too high after all that I was told, or not the same chef was on, or I had indeed been to Vietnam the previous year. It’s still definitely worth going to check out but didn’t find it as awesome as I was told. Staff and service brilliant. For those reasons I give it a “very good” not “average” score. We ordered pho, dumplings and a beef strip main.

Very tempted by the desert menu. Can someone let us know what you thought of the caramel dumplings. Sounded amazing.

Dined here twice on scoopon vouchers.

The food was beautiful. We tried many different dishes, from the Pho, bahn mi dumplings, rice paper rolls, sweet potato chips, corn to the desserts.

If anything go for the desserts! The lava cake, Baked Saigon and sweet dumplings were beautiful (Loved the caramel dumpling!!)

What a fantastic restaurant so much so we went back the next night to try more dishes. The freshness was outstanding. Everything we tried had distinct beautiful flavours that melted in your mouth. The crispy pork steamed buns - edamame salad- the dumplings, event the spiced potato/Kumera chips were amazing. While in Bali it’s a must do with a range that covers a special couple nights out or the whole family. The cocktails were fabulous try the toffee apple or coconut moijitos - you’ll want more!! And the service topped it off with friendly accomodating staff - thanks for two great nights.

Very tasty food and gorgeous cocktails.
Food is like the one in Vietnam - colourful and yummy.
Very attentive and pleasant service.
Kids were given stuff to focus on drawing rather than going nuts.
