I understand during Covid that cleaning rooms were restricted, but why is that practice still being continued? Restricted cleaning wouldn’t be so bad if they actually cleaned the room! We asked housekeeping to come back after we left the room, they never came back. We contacted the Front Desk and the receptionist called housekeeping and informed them to clean the room the next day. Again, housekeeping never showed up. I called the Front Desk again (Day 2) and they informed me that housekeeping was gone for the day (it was after 1700). So again I requested to have our room cleaned the next day and I requested to get some fresh towels and to have our trash removed. The Front Desk Receptionist sent a man up to our room. He was angry and rude. He dropped fresh towels on the couch and angrily removed the trash, leaving replacement bags in the trashcan for us to replace ourselves. How are we at fault for the poor service that we received? We pay for the room and the service, why are we forced to change everything ourselves? Lastly, cleaning should consist of more than changing towels and removing trash. Cleaning is already restricted, they should at least do a complete and thorough cleanup.
Breakfast and the Breakfast Staff are amazing!!! One of the friendliest staffs that we have had in a long time. The Front Desk Receptionists are equally as friendly and professional! Please fix housekeeping.
