Our room (I think it was 205) was on the lower floor, right next to the vending machine, a service door, and spa, and the elevator. Thus: LOUD! We were woken up by very disrespectful travelers at not even 6am because some people seem to think it's ok to yell while you are walking down to the breakfast area... Beware and try to get a room away from all of those things.

Patio is nice and comfortable but it overlooks the busy highway and maybe some people are OK with this but we are not the kind of National Park travelers who enjoy being reminded of cars every second.

Breakfast buffet seemed typical of American hotels (nothing organic, plastic tasting eggs and bacon, industrial everything, juice, coffee, high fructose corn syrup as a food group....) I would rather pay less for a motel and go for my own breakfast the next morning in retrospect but this was our first American road trip and I was not familiar with a pattern I would see in several mid-range hotel chains. The paper plates and plastic utensils at breakfast (and all the waste that it entails) cheapened the experience for us.

Front desk staff very friendly. Free coffee, tea, and lemon or orange-infused water in lobby.

Was warned the WiFi might not work very well, but it worked just fine for us.

Pool closed when we went; hot tub open but literally in front of the heating generator (loud, not relaxing) and literally pressed up against a gate that gives way to the parking lot and road (no privacy, car fumes, noise, not relaxing).

Room Tip: As for a room far away from breakfast area.

Stayed here for one night. Easy, helpful, informative clerk at checkin. Hotel and room were bright and seemed new or redone recently. Breakfast was quite extensive and continually restocked. Helpful and pleasant staff throughout stay.

This hotel is nicely centralize to see Antelope Canyon & Horse shoe bend. Friendly staff & nice clean rooms. We were able to check in early so that was a bonus.
The hotel can only be entered through the front doors so if you have to park in back you have to walk all the way around to the front.

We only stayed for one night as we were en route from visiting Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend to Monument Valley....but comfortable, clean, good room and a good hearty breakfast buffet in the morning. Good parking and in a good location overlooking Lake Powell - good views from the deck on Lobby level and saw a Roadrunner! Can't ask for much more than that.
