I thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of the A & Faye Bed and Breakfast. Phil and Faye, the hosts, anticipated every want and need of their guests. My bedroom was large, bright, and airy with a comfortable bed, nice-to-the-touch sheets, robe, fluffy towels, small refrigerator, and a television. The large bathroom was immaculate and provided every accoutrement needed for a relaxing shower or bath. Phil provided a delicious breakfast every morning. I can't decide if my favorite was the pancakes, the sausage, or the scrambled eggs. During breakfast, soft music played n the background. The B & B is situated in a residential neighborhood with tree-lined streets and large, stately homes. It's located across from Prospect Park and a short walk to a subway station, shops, and restaurants. The A & Faye Bed and Breakfast will be my home-away-from-home when I visit NYC.

I can't say enough positive things about our stay. Charming, cozy, clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast & incredibly friendly owner. Perfect Location in beautiful historic neighborhood in Brooklyn.

This is a comfortable, well-maintained, and friendly place to stay in Brooklyn. Near a subway station, it's a good jumping off point for anywhere in NYC. The hosts provided a nice full breakfast each day and recommended nearby eateries for dinner. When we return for our next visit, the host promised me a concert on his steel drum!
