The ice cream was delicious but I thought it was very overpriced, even for a big city. As other reviewers pointed out, there’s very little space inside and even less seating. It was raining and cold when we visited so having ice cream seemed a daft idea and even more so when you don’t have space to sit/stand comfortably.

Enjoyed the ice cream (coffee), but pricing a bit high and the place is very small inside, so you'll have to be lucky to get a small table. Still worth a visit in you're in the area

This is a positive review however, with the name 'Brooklyn Ice cream Factory' I was expecting a little more in terms of the size of the building as it's actually quite small inside but maybe that's my fault.
Plenty of flavour choices/cones, tasty ice cream for decent price. The location is perfect close to the piers & water Taxi's with a lovely view over the water. All-in-all a lovely spot for ice cream, perfect on a sunny day!

Beautiful day at the waterside. Interesting range of ice cream flavours, eg Vanilla Cherry, Choc chunk vanilla. I had a double scoop of peanut caramel and double choc chunk. All delicious but slightly disappointed that not served in a waffle cone. Very good value for money. The only thing that was slightly disappointing but completely outside the control of the ice cream factory were the newly weds who “hogged” the waterfront for an interminable amount of time. Surprisingly, despite being very newly married - I deduce this from the wedding dress, the bride and groom didnt appear to have many photographs taken together but were content to pose for the camera both individually and with their supporters. When they decided to move on, the pleasurable views over the Hudson to Manhattan returned.

It's worth the walk over the Brooklyn Bridge to visit this unique little spot. The views of the bridge are so beautiful and the ice cream was great. Service was good and try the chocolate!
