Had a great one night stay here this week. Wanted something walking distance to Wells Fargo Center. Read the reviews here and wasn't disappointed. Easy safe access to the sports complex with a 15min walk. Paid a premium price because of the concert that night but was still worth it. Some have said parking was free, but we paid $15 a night, didn't see anyway to avoid that charge.

We stayed at this hotel after an Eagles Game. The hotel is an easy 10 min. walk to the stadium. The area is very nice so nothing to worry about while walking. The hotel is in a nice area and felt very safe. The lobby is very clean and check in and out was very quick. The Bistro is very nice. Not a big selection but the staff was very friendly and the service was quick. We ate dinner and breakfast there and were very pleased with our food. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. We did not hear any noise from the hallway and had a great night sleep. We did a tour of the Navy yard in the morning. That was not what I expected. I would definitely recommend this hotel for an overnight stay before or after an game or concert. If you park along the street you don't have to pay the $15.00 dollars to pay. If you park in their lot you do have to pay. We could not find anything else to do within walking distance to the hotel but that is OK.

Visited Philadelphia to see the history and to catch a Flyers game. Hotel is great. Beds are comfortable and the rooms clean. Their Bistro is lacking and over priced but there are restaurants just a short drive away. Also Wells Fargo arena is just a quick 20 minute walk away. Only downside is that sometimes the street to the hotel is blocked off, it would be nice if the hotel gave you a warning about the shutdowns and what to do in that situation so you can get to the hotel.

Check-in process was great, the room was very clean and I had a nice sleep. I did not know this hotel was far from everything, but the location is extremely quiet, and that is appreciated if you want to rest.

We stayed here 3 nights (Fri-Sun) while enjoying the sites of Philly on Saturday and enjoying an Eagles game on Sunday. We chose this hotel for its proximity to Lincoln Financial Field (Eagles Stadium). It was a great choice within easy walking distance to game (and also to the Wells Fargo Center).

Lobby was pleasant, staff was friendly, small convenience store in lobby was handy and lobby restaurant was convenient for breakfast and a chai. Our room was clean and had a view of Lincoln Financial Field. Bathroom was nice - had an updated shower instead of a bathtub. Bed was comfortable

My primary complaint is the poor lighting. Lighting in bathroom is adequate but not good. Full size mirror in bedroom doesn't have any lighting near it. So neither spot works well for applying makeup or any other close up work.

We would stay here again if we come to Philadelphia for another game.
