We've attended many concerts at Union Transfer. Good sound, variety of bands, well organized, well priced to see live music. As I am an older adult, I wish there was more seating as standing for 2+ hours is challenging for some of us.

A pretty nice venue for a hip/hop concert. There was a 2$ coat check. Two large bars. There is a large wrap around balcony where we stood and could watch the artist upclose without having to be in the thick of things on the bottom floor. There's adequate parking around the venue as well as a parking lot around back that charges 15$ to park your car. I would go to an event here again.

We visited Union Transfer for Celeste Giuliano's Pinup Peep Show. The lighting and sound were great, and the stage was easily visible from anywhere in the room. I liked that there was a bar available in the stage room, and also one in an adjoining room with tables to sit at.

We came to Philadelphia from Washington D.C. to see Kamasi Washington and Sun Ra at Union Transfer. We took a Lyft to the venue, but you can walk to the venue from the Spring Garden subway stop.

The venue is in a regular commercial neighborhood and doesn't look like much from the outside, but is beautiful on the inside! The venue is spacious, yet intimate at the same time. You are pretty much guaranteed a good spot to view the stage no matter where you are standing (only a few seats were available for people with disabilities).

The drink prices were not cheap, but they weren't extravagant as well - they were priced fair for a concert venue (no more than $10 for a mix drink).

All-in-all, we had a great experience and would come back again for another concert at this venue!
