Fantastic interior decoration with acute attention to details. Rooms were comfortable and spacious enough. Breakfast was delicious with good service. A good base for visiting the old city and doing some shopping. 1 yr old and therefore impeccable and clean. Overall a very pleasant experience. Strongly recommend.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and stayed in this hotel for one night. We arrived early and our king room wasn’t ready so they gave us one with two queens. We appreciated the early check in. The front desk was great.

The decor is very fun and the rooms, while tight, had everything we needed, including a Nespresso and steamer.

The location is great and very walkable. Really the only downside is that the street out in front can get really jammed with people waiting for their cars and Ubers.

But in general, it was a wonderful stay.

A good location, rooms are small, staff is not friendly. Not a feel-good-kinda-place fir the money you spend. I like Hilton’s hotels but I’d pass on this one. I should have stayed at the Hilton Garden .

After a terrible 4-night stay (see the previous review by Aditya S) we checked out of this hotel this morning. They had a bill ready for us at the front desk. Realized upon close inspection that they charged us 2 extra nights of valet parking; $56 a night valet that you have to wait 10-15 min on average for someone to take your car and 20 min from our experience for the car to be brought back to you.

The front desk corrected our billing error after inquiring if we had guests using the valet parking.

My advice- this hotel is incapable of proper guests services and billing. Please check your bills carefully!! Thanks.

We are currently staying at the Hilton Canopy, Ludlow street, Philadelphia. I would advise anyone wanting to stay here to be tolerant of an uncaring front desk. We have requested the hotel 6 times since friday to clean our room but they have failed to do so. For the last two days, we have been dealing with a dirty toilet, un-emptied trash and dirty cups & glasses in our room.

Last night I had to wait till 1.30AM in the morning for them to send some glasses to our room so that we could have water!!

This evening, I went to the front desk to find out what the issue was. I certainly didn't find an empathetic ear. The gentleman at the front desk was unapologetic about my dirty room and said that he can schedule someone to come in and clean our room. Somehow after trying 6 times, I lost faith in putting in another request.

This Hotel was booked by my company for a work visit. I certainly found them

1. INEFFICIENT and DISRESPECTFUL.

2. Failing to provide and replenish basic amenities like coffee, clean glassware etc even after multiple requests.

3. Uncaring of the needs of their guests.

I would certainly advise individuals and business visitors to avoid this Hotel.

Unacceptably low standard!!
