We really had no idea what to expect and were a bit disappointed that not many exhibits were there during our visit. Very pleased that parking was free and we Banana Factory was easy to find. The items displayed on the walls were lovely. We saw all that was there within 15 minutes.

We visited on Father's Day. I wish I had known that the factory would be basically closed. The layout is kind of like a school where every artist has their own room. While we could see into the studios, art, pottery, glass blowing, etc.... unfortunately, with the exception of one artist (who we thoroughly enjoyed talking to), the place was deserted, and every room locked. I could see how a visit could be super fun and enjoyable, but unfortunately we weren't able to experience it.

One of our favorite places for 1st Friday. Great galleries and demonstrations. I was here doing a photo shoot in the glass blowing studio and it was amazing. Highly recommended.

Great place to stroll around. There are interesting art exhibits, artist studios, glass blowing, dance classes, etc. What a neat place. Don't miss the bus stop shelter out in front!
