A Wonderful Hotel!

This place was a quiet, chic retreat for my family. So close to Times Square, yet relaxing and private.

The staff was so kind to my 2 and 6 yr old children (especially Jennae at checkin!).

I loved the decor and how the beds were sunken into the wall (the kids thought this was cool, too)! It was also nice to have a large tub (in the city!) for my children.

We parked next door in the Hippodrome parking garage with no problems ($75/night for an SUV).

I highly recommend!

Unbelievable Guest Experience

AMAZING Accountability and hospitality. I must take a moment to give a shout out to the GM of the property, Siobhan Delaney. I'd booked a reservation at the property for my wife who's flight was landing at JFK at 8am. I reached out to the property to request an early check in and was contacted about 5 times by Siobhan to acknowledge my request, and keep me abreast of the progress she/they were making to accommodate my request. At 9:30am, we received a communication from Siobhan to advise that my wife's room was ready. The commitment and accountability to accommodate were over the top. Hats off to you and your team Siobhan.......

We LOVED our hotel stay!

The staff was very friendly and the location was the BEST! We were able to walk to Time Square and have a BLAST! Beautiful hotel! Our room had a fire place and round deep bathtub. We will definitely visit again!

They have busineess center with a shower

We checked out at 1 pm, and used the business center to shower before our midnight flight. It was very clean, convenient and we didn't have to pay extra for it.
The first time we stayed for 2 nights and then went to visit friends at the hamptons. We didn't want to carry our nig suitcases, so for an additional $20 we stored our language for 5 nights. We came back the week after and stayed for 1 more night.

filthy penthouse

I upgraded to a penthouse for a celebratory stay for an EXTRA $1,500 and have never experienced a more filthy hotel room in my life and it smelled very very musty.

Further, aside from extra space, there were NO amenities except for the soap and shampoo. It was so disappointing-- i wish someone would have been more honest when i asked to upgrade and told me it wasn,t worth it. I feel like I wasted a ton of money for nothing.

Room tip: the penthouse was priced as a luxury, but it was so dirty and smelly
