Being a frequent visitor to the Stewart Hotel, we remain totally impressed with the quality of service that we receive during our stays. As a semi-retired retail businessman, I notice a lot of the details that go with the inner workings of running a smooth operation. During a regular stay of 10 to 12 days, there is bound to be some wrinkles. Starting with my arrival, I encountered problems with the room assigned to me. ANDREW TO THE RESCUE ! What a polished, expert, and, courteous professional. Problem solved! Ash helped get us to our room and get us settled in. As we are seniors, he took that extra effort . All during our stay, we would run into Ash. He never failed to ask us if everything was O. K.
