    excellente! love the stewart.

    great staff - everybody from the front desk to the maids, bellmen, maintenance. lovely rooms. gorgeous view. perfect location. a bargain for what you get. love love love. I was there for business and It was wonderful to have a great room to unwind in after the day - and with my own amazing balcony <3

    FAVORITE PLACE TO STAY IN NYC!

    We stay at the Stewart every time we come to New York. We absolutely love love love the staff there. Everyone is so helpful, from the front desk to housekeepers to upper management. It has the biggest rooms of any hotel in NYC and the beds are super comfortable. It is conveniently located across from Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. There are tons of stores around and great restaurants. Lots of love to the Stewart! 10/10 would recommend to a friend. <3<3<3

    Great Place, Very Helpful Staff

    This was our first time staying in The Stewart and the best place I’ve ever stayed in NYC! Great location and the staff were very eager to help get our AC fixed! Jessica at the front desk very kindly introduced us to Jason (or Justin) and they got it fixed right away! Jason introduced us to David and Oscar who told us all the great places to see comedy and gave us some very good restaurant recommendations! Very pleased with the stay here, will definitely be back

    Poor Quality

    We booked 4 days away in New York as our first trip to America. Hotel in a great location, and looks nice from outside, as does the lobby area. Reception staff weren’t friendly and didn’t tell us they were taking money off our credit card. Room was tiny, out-dated and unclean. Such a shame as it looked so nice online :(

    Thank you Stewart hotel

    What a wonderful stay at the Stewart hotel with my family. Everything was nothing but wonderful our room was on a high floor with a nice view being that it was my boys first time here in the city Lucy at the desk without question ask assigned us to this beautiful room accommodate the four of us. Breakfast was nice at Niles and the concierge was very helpful. The lady did a excellent job cleaning our room everyday and she was very friendly (sorry I didn’t get her name) our vacation ended on a happy note. We will sure return thank you Stewart hotel
