We decided to spend a weekend away from home and stayed here because it’s across from the train. Everything was wonderful from check in with Lucy with bellman Curtis helping us with bags. The room was clean but it was a bit warm. Rate was unbeatable.

Great hotel and friendly staffs, special shout-out to the girls at the desk Christina , Lucy and Nancy. The girls were very friendly and helpful to get me settled in and recommended some activities to do around the area.

My stay at Stewart hotel was very great. We had a huge suite that was clean & Andrew was so nice at the front desk he even called to check & we got a free upgrade ! We will be back every visit to NYC!!

I spent one night here after a long days of traveling..I was very pleased to be accommodated by Jessica who was working at the front desk. She was very welcoming and helpful for all my (tourist) questions. Once I was in the room a light bulb was out so they sent a guy named Jason up to fix everything. Jason was a great guy very kind and funny! While about to leave my floor to the lobby to check out, I was greeted by a worker named David who was very helpful. I had a few questions regarding the checkout process and he brought me right back to where it started with Jessica. Everyone was so helpful and caring. I’ll definitely be back again. Thank you.

Reservation was perfect
While it is an older hotel, the staff is always ready to help with any problems .
Whenever I needed supplies they were very promptly brought to my room
Every person I dealt with on this February trip was helpful and courteous

My reservation is always made through Iris Jzxhi and it is always makes mmy stay easy and what I want in the room

Room tip: always good to indicate what you need in terms of rooms~ I like the one bedroom deluxe.
