We had a wonderful stay here. Even though our reservation for our first night was not in the system, the front desk associate was very helpful in getting things situated in short order. The room had a nice view of the city and the house keeping staff were great about working around our busy schedule. We’ll stay here again if we get the chance!

I've stayed at this hotel many times, and am glad to see that the property continues to remain updated and well-maintained. On this occasion, I also ate a meal in the lobby bar and was very pleased to find that the dining service is also great. The hotel staff were more than accommodating, friendly, and helpful even though it was a busy weekend with a number of concurrent conferences, including the one I attended. The only negative comment I have to make is that the escalators between two of the levels seemed to be down repeatedly, meaning that guests with a need for accommodation would have to wait for the elevators just to go one flight. Other than that, this is perhaps the best-maintained Marquis I have visited in the U.S., and with its location right in Times Square it could not be handier. Also, I was upgraded to a suite, which was nice, but it was not outfitted on the first night with any suite-type amenities.

Huge busy hotel located right in Times Square, so the location can’t get any better. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is a revolving restaurant which offers an amazing view. Our room had a great view too.
