Gordon the front office manager was patient and resourceful when we forgot our physical card and only had Apple Pay. He had excellent customer service skills throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean and quiet with a great night sleep. There is a Starbucks and FedEx in the building, the 9/11 museum is 3 minute walk away. The Concierge team were friendly and looked like they loved their jobs! Great stay and highly recommend it his hotel.
