Awesome breakfast buffet. Service by Ali was wonderful. Very attentive and helpful. Much more than I expected.Also, hotel bar was perfect with view of Times Square and sports on several TVs. Hung out there a lot. Very pleased and highly recommend.

I booked this place because of its location without knowing anything about it, but after staying there, I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The location was amazing, it was close to everything. The service was exceptional and everyone on the staff wanted to help make your stay better. The breakfast was fabulous and our waiter Tofael made sure we had a great experience. If I get back to New York, I would stay here again.

This place has gone downhill dramatically I think he last two years. The bathroom mirror was broken. The toilet was broken, there was yellow stains on the wall with peeling wallpaper. Cracks in the ceiling and dritry curtains. It pains me to leave this review because I stayed here for a few nights 2 years ago and it was great. But this time I had to check out a day early because I couldn’t put up with the room, the staff were very rude and the bathroom close to the bar had urine all over the floor.

Not a bad word to say about this hotel, they’re always so friendly, the rooms are always so tidy. There’s a little food place downstairs to go to if you’re on the go! The beds are comfy, would highly recommend if you’re planning to stay in Times Square!
We paid extra to have a view of Times Square, and it was well worth it!

I had the pleasure of staying at this gorgeous hotel. My corner room was spacious and modern. Came with the most amazing views. The bed was comfortable and shower had great water pressure. I also loved the restaurant. Will be back!
