Free upgrade and 4 free drinks vouchers - can't complain. The hotel is nice enough but you spend 99% of your time away from it anyway. One minor thing that did get on our nerves was the street sellers harassing you every time you want out the front door. We ended up using the back door after a few days.More
Reservation cancelled!!! GASP- but I was rescued by extra effort. Sandra Esp. is the greatest. Even though the hotel was heavily booked Sarah found me a very nice room after my travel agent had somehow caused my reservation to be cancelled... in triplicate.! I was returning from an overseas trip with 20 hours of travel and very little rest. Arriving at 5:30 in the morning Sarah worked and worked at trying to determine the problem and come up with a solution. Much to my relief I was able to nestle in for some much needed rest.

Stayed 2 nights. When I arrived in my room ESPN and ESPN2 didn't work. I called to inform guest services. Eventually I was told they are having problems with the carrier but they would try to resolve. The following morning I finally got ESPN2. ESPN never was fixed. On the morning of checkout I couldn't get the NBC affiliate - frozen screen. Twice a manager was going to get in contact but never heard back. People were nice but couldn't get the issues fixed. Thus my rating.

Very good hotel located in the heart of N.Y., 3 minutes from 50th street subway stop. The room was nice, comfortable and clean: Wi-Fi worked very well, the safe was available and easy to use. Included in the price you have phone calls from the room, use of the gym and swimming pool (book in advance, free allowed time half hour). I have just missed a couple of things: smart tv was only allowed to be used with hotel channels (not possible to use Google, YouTube etc); the fridge was not available.
My feedback is for sure positive, I suggest this accommodation!

I had hopped in for a quick business breakfast - the buffet was sumptuous and the waiter - Mr. Tofael was prompt in his services. He took personalized care of me and also ensured my requirements of being near a power outlet was met to attend my business meetings.
