Had a great stay at the aloft in Manhattan and felt compelled to mention that Valiesha J went above and beyond to accommodate our team while in town on business. There was a lot going on and she handled it with grace under pressure. Her hospitality was second to none. Perfect 10.

I had a great time here. The staff was very attentive to my needs. In particular Ms. January who was friendly and respectful greeted me with a warm smile at check in. She ensured me that my room request were satisfied. I had no worries. The location is in a great spot with alot of fun surprises all in walking distances. It also has a in house bar with recreational things to do. Price was reasonable for a stay at this hotel and location.

Terrible hotel. I had a reservation and when I showed up they told me they did not have any rooms. I am an elite member and they did not provide the compensation that they are suppose to offer when they cannot honor your reservation.
The hotel was not helpful and refuses to take responsibility.

Stayed here for 3 at the end of June. It was difficult for the uber driver to locate. But we found it! It’s on a side street.
It’s located right across from the Blue Haven Bar and Zunkers Bagels!
The ladies at the hotel front desk were very personable and helpful. They allowed us to check in a few hours early.
The room was small but comfortable. There is a small area to hang clothes. No drawers. There is a coffee maker and safe in the room.
The hotel has a bar and outside patio seating area. The bar is open late afternoons for happy hour, etc.
It is available to sit in during the day, has comfortable chairs, couches and are able to sit at the bar area with a laptop.
There is a fitness center on the bottom floor/basement. Honestly, it creeped me out to be down there by myself, so I didn’t use the gym.
There is breakfast offered for payment, in the afternoon, the leftover muffins are complimentary.
The hotel is is walking distance of most everything in the financial district. (about a 10-15 minute walk to 9/11 memorial, etc.
There is an amazing Panini restaurant, Pisillo Italian Panini, around the corner on Nassau street. The sandwiches are HUGE and can be shared.
Some of these reviews say not to stay in this hotel, however, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend.

I had the greatest time at Aloft! Sonam the bartender was the sweetest and she took such care of us at WXYZ. The drinks are bomb and the location of the hotel was very convenient. Please visit the bar if you have a chance since it also has a really cute patio!!
