Eight of us were in NYC on a Sunday to practice for an important presentation to a client. We needed reasonable accommodations and a place to rehearse . And it needed to be within walking distance of our client. Cambria Hotels And Suites- Chelsea to the rescue! Everyone went out of their way to help us, from having a great conference room, to food and drinks, to sparkling clean guest rooms, either with two queen beds or a king bed and sofa. The rooms also had good WiFi, refrigerators and microwaves for those of us who were up late and early. But most of all the staff were extremely friendly and kept checking to make sure we had what we needed. They printed some last minute items instantly and gave us directions to a great lunch place nearby. They even made sure we had some extra treats in our rooms! Plus it’s on a street of flower stores (treating us to stacks of spring tulips and blooming hellebores each time we walked by) and walking distance to incredible restaurants and shows. Many thanks to all of you - Kerri and several others, who made our visit to your hotel a lifesaver! We will be back!

My family felt very welcome here. Unlike a certain Hilton we stayed at at the beginning of our trip, they made us feel like a person and not just a pay cheque. Thank you Kenza for being awesome to our kids the morning of our departure. Great place.

Great customer service by Melissa, Kenza, Alexandria, Tyler and David. They went out of their way to ensure our room was comfortable and that we had everything we needed to make it a memorable vacation. The room we stayed in had an awesome view. The hotel location is good, walking distance to train, stores and places to eat.

Family stayed there for a quick 2 day trip to NYC. Clean room and the staff was absolutely great, especially Kenza, at the front desk. They even stored at bags after checkout until our train left later that afternoon at no charge. Will definitely stay there again.

Not sure we could have picked a better hotel for our short NYC stay. Great location, clean and modern rooms, and super-friendly and attentive staff. They texted us twice just to ask if we needed anything. Fantastic rooftop deck, too.
