The view is spectacular. You can see all of New York, Central Park, Statue of Liberty, Empire State Bldg...and all of New York.

Given that this was built so that tourists could spend their money the unhappy miserable staff amazes me. After booking to go up we had 10 minutes to wait. We went to head downstairs and met with the rudest girl who barked at us that we had to go outside to wait. It was freezing and raining yet she couldn't care less. How on earth can you take people's money then send them back outside when there is plenty of room downstairs? We then went back in at 528 & were told to get back out till 530! Unbelievable yet she then let others in. Someone in charge really needs to look at both the service and the operation

The views over the city are spectacular. I thought the views from the empire state were good but no comparison. A must to do in New York.

We visited at night and the view was spectacular. Staff were reasonably nice. Bar is not open to under 21s. Elevator took around 30secs and travelled so fast, ears popped. There are 3 levels and the highest has quite a low barrier.

Great place to get the best views of Central Park and norh side of Manhattan.

Loads of people if to visit Empire State or ToRock. They complement each other, is not the matter of one or the other. Each one has its own specifics and charm.

In my opinion, a must see in NY.

Book your time slot visit in advance to avoid queues or long waiting at the basement.
