This was our first trip to NYC and this was so much better than sitting on a bus. We saw and experienced so much that the 6 hours (including 1 hour of snow) just flew by. Our guide, Jeff, spoke really clearly and that really helped the hard of hearing gentleman and Finnish girl in our party. He was really enthusiastic, knowledgeable and patient.

We did the statue of Liberty and Ellis Island tour on Tuesday 3rd April. Great tour which I would thoroughly recommend. Nathan, our guide for the morning, was excellent and if you're doing the tour I hope you're lucky enough to have his company. He is knowledgeable about the sites and has a great style of delivery. We could have listened to him all day! Nathan made the tour special.

We booked our tour via Expedia last minute as we couldn't amend our Crown Reserve tickets we'd originally booked back in January due to our cancelled flight. We managed to get tickets for the Pedestal Reserve with tour option instead.

The information regarding the meeting point was clear and were able to find the tour rep easily.

The whole day, Gabby (our tour rep) was very informative and very approachable. The tour ran smoothly despite the security checks and the number of people on the ferries/queues but we had a great time. I'd definitely recommend coming on this tour as I feel you'd learn a lot more than the audio guides especially in the museum.

Had a great time, thank you Gabby!

We went to New York for the first time over spring break and had an absolute blast on this tour! Our tour guide Glen was the best and taught us so much about the city! Including how many Starbucks are actually in the city; spoiler alert- it’s a lot! I completely recommend this tour to anyone in NYC and it’s good for all ages!

Our tour guide was Rachel and she is the reason that this tour was fantastic. She combined lots of information with a highly entertaining presentation. Her enthusiasm for the stories of immigrants who have arrived in NY and their families was inspiring. Being from another country we hadn't appreciated the significance of NY as a point of entry for so many immigrants but Rachel brought this all to life for us. A great tour!!
