The rooms were small but the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. This hotel is literally steps away from where you get tickets and board the ferry to see the Statute of Liberty on Liberty Island and Ellis Island. Parking was easy to find on the weekend and this hotel allows up to two dogs which was perfect for my family. I'd definitely stay there again.

Room very clean and confortable even if it was small. Well situated but no parking (the parking is at 16 minutes by walk). Breakfast very good and diversified. Absolutely no power in the shower (took about 30 minutes to shower, i've never seen that in my hole life).

Checking in was so easy and the front desk staff was extremely nice especially a young women named Ashley Campbell. We had a few questions and she answered with no problem and what a great smile. She made my wife and I feel like she was really glad to be staying with them.
The room size for NYC was typical but it was clean, updated and comfortable. I'm sorry
Ashley wasn't there when we checked out on Mother's Day to say till the next time we visit.

Room tip: Take advantage of the breakfast and look for Ashley.

Front the front desk welcome, to the perfect bed, quite neighborhood and overall facility this was a great experience. Also they offer you a glass of wine or a drink if you arrive during happy hour :)

Check in was the worst I have ever experienced. It was very late as my flight delayed, but the night porter seemed to be either high on drugs or alcohol. Mistyped his password three times when trying to check me in, hence he was locked out of the system. Took an hour waiting for Hilton to unlock him!
Breakfast was as expected. A small selection and some hot scrambled eggs, omelette, sausages. It was okay.
The room was okay. Small bathroom. My cousin, whom I was visiting in NYC,suggested this hotel as south and away from the busy tourists. But I would recommend the hotels nearer to Times .square off 5th Avenue. Stayed at The Refinery in April. Much better .This hotel had no bar and the area was fairly dead at night. This hotel was definitely a poor link to a Hilton.

Room tip: All rooms much the same.

Ac didn’t work. Brought window unit rather give us another room. Toilet broke after it was difficult to flush. Quality control issue. Those problems could have been addressed BEFORE we checked in. Most of the staff was nice.
